What is SenderID ?

SenderID is the Sender Identification that appears on recipient's handset.

Can I subscribe and send SMS if I don't have a mobile number?

Sure. Anyone can subscribe and start sending SMS. All you need is a valid email address to send you an activation code.

To how many recipients can I send the same message?

You can send the same SMS many times and to different recipients each time. You can select recipients from your address book, single contacts or groups, and you can upload an excel file containing up to 150,000 mobile numbers.

I don't have a contact list, and I want to advertise my products. What are my options?

Based on our huge categorized database, we are able to handle any marketing campaign in Lebanon, and in the other Arab countries soon. Mobile numbers are categorized by region, sex, age, profession, hobbies, ... .

I did not get my activation code, why?

If you did not receive an activation code from us please check if your e-mail is active and search in your inbox or spam files. If you still haven't received your validation code, please contact us.

I cannot remember my Username or Password, what should I do ?

Just click on Forgot Password under the user-name and password tabs and follow the instructions.

How do I purchase SMS credits ?

Click on the Registration form and fill in the required fields. SMS credits can be bought using our secure credit card ordering system. Payments can be made through VISA, MasterCard, Transfer, Cash and through Moursel Cards.

Is there an expiration date for the SMS credits I purchased ?

 
There is no expiry date for Moursel SMS credits. You can purchase as many credits as you want and top-up your account without any risk of losing any credit over time.

How to send SMS using Moursel ?

After registering and logging-in with your username and password you'll immediately see a form for sending messages. Simply type the recipient's number or select them from your online phone book, type your message and send it by clicking on the send button.

Can I have more than one SenderID?

Sure, you can request additional SenderIDs, and you can create multiple users for each department in your company or organization with individual SenderIDs.
